HVAC/R Service Technician — Syracuse, NY

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems (rooftop units, chillers, refrigeration systems, etc.).
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
Diagnose issues accurately and provide clear repair recommendations to customers.
Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
Support installation projects and system upgrades as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and uphold company standards of workmanship.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R service experience (commercial/industrial preferred).
EPA Universal Certification required.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
