Tri-R Mechanical Services is currently expanding & looking for commercial HVAC/R maintenance technicians!! We are currently looking for technicians in the following region: Buffalo
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Include but not limited to: Completing planned maintenance jobs on commercial HVAC/R equipment.
- Use a tablet-based system to record/submit reports from PMS.
- Communicate with dispatchers to complete/schedule jobs throughout the day/week.
- Travel to various pm sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC field experience
- EPA certificate
- OSHA 10
- Ability to pass a background/drug screening
- Ability to use ladders for roof access
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Clean drivers license
- Follow safety rules & requirements
- Great customer service skills
- Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed
